1. Service Description

The Grocery Shopper Add-On ("Add-On") is a tool that facilitates the creation of Instacart orders from Google Sheets™. The Add-On is provided "as is" and is intended for personal use.

2. User Responsibilities

By using the Add-On, you agree to:

• Use the Add-On in compliance with Instacart's Terms of Service
• Maintain the security of your Instacart and Google account credentials
• Not use the Add-On for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Add-On

3. Limitations of Liability

Founder's Point is not responsible for:

• Any issues arising from Instacart's service or policies
• Data loss or corruption in your Google Sheets™
• Any financial losses incurred through the use of the Add-On
• Service interruptions or technical issues

4. Service Modifications

Founder's Point reserves the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Add-On at any time
• Update these terms without prior notice
• Restrict access to the Add-On for any reason

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Add-On immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms of Service.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
